Supply Chain Planner Manager

JOB SUMMARY: Fast-growing Multi beauty store company is searching for "Supply Chain Manager" to be based at head office in Siam Square. Candidates should be professional, highly-analytical, and possess excellent communication skills. Also have an in-depth knowledge of advanced mathematical and forecasting policies who assist in all demand planning duties including estimating future product demand, analyzing inventory flow, developing forecast models and last but not least, excellent people development and management skills. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner • Train and develop his/her team • Provide constructive feedback • Work well with cross functional teams • Build and maintain good relationships with Internal and external business partners • Analytical skills, insight analyst pre/post launch • Project Management (NPD, promotion, new store openings) • PO review and approval • Actively drive S&OP processes on a weekly basis to ensure accurate forecasting by product by brands/stores • SIOP process • Plan and undertake other tasks/projects assigned by the superior • Demand Planning, category planning, product management experience • Effectively plan and lead of negotiation strategy for complex sourcing activities • Manage an evaluate process to assess supplier and service provider capabilities, financial stability and KPI • Manage Inbound and outbound logistics process and procedures • Review sales forecast and plan supply to balance volume to support business strategies • Develop and implement inventory management procedures to maintain an optimum inventory level to meet business requirement by working closely with marketing and finance teams • The incumbent will report to Supply Chain Director QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree and/or above in supply chain management • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in similar role in retail, wholesale or FMCG • Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures • Capability to multitask in a dynamic environment • Able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with peers and cross functional teams • Manage, plan, organize and prioritize workload for his/her team to meet deadlines • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office especially EXCEL and AX is a plus
