Senior Account Executive

What you'll be doing Manage the full set of accounts up to the balance sheet. Prepare monthly journals and ensure timely month-end closing. Verify and update all daily accounting entries, including receipts, payments, and invoices, in the accounting system. Liaise with external auditors and tax agents for annual audits and tax matters. Maintain and operate the computerized accounting system, including chart of accounts, SST codes, and year-end closing. Prepare monthly reconciliations, cash book, cash flow, and Profit & Loss reports. Generate sales and debtors reports. Ensure timely preparation and online submission of SST. Maintain proper filing of accounts and administrative documents. Oversee administrative matters and handle ad-hoc duties as required. Communicate effectively in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients. What we're looking for Diploma, Degree in accounting or finance. Previous experience in an accounting or finance role, internship, or coursework in accounting is preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities. Integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges in the finance field.
