Key Responsibilities: Manage employee records, HR documentation, and employee movements . Assist in compensation, benefits, payroll, and government requirements . Monitor timekeeping, attendance, leaves, and overtime . Support employee relations, disciplinary cases, and employee engagement . Assist with labor compliance, audits, and HR governance . Coordinate workplace safety, security, facilities, and service providers . Prepare HR reports, manpower data, and HRIS updates . Support onboarding, HR programs, events, and process improvements . Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or related field. With 1–3 years of HR, administrative, or related experience; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered. Knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, compensation and benefits, timekeeping, and employee records. Proficient in MS Office and HRIS. Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Good time management, documentation, data management, and customer service skills.
