Responsibilities: Manage, control, and maintain construction project documents in accordance with project procedures and company standards. Receive, review, track, and follow up on documents such as Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Method Statements, As-built Drawings, and related technical documents. Coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, supervisors, and consultants to ensure document accuracy and timely updates. Maintain document registers and ensure proper document numbering, filing, and revision control. Distribute project documents to relevant internal and external stakeholders. Organize and maintain both electronic and hard-copy records in compliance with project requirements. Support project meetings, progress reporting, and handover documentation processes. Perform other document control and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 3-10 years of experience as a Document Controller in civil construction projects; experience in building construction projects is preferred. Strong understanding of civil construction documents, including drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel), PDF tools, and document management systems. Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure. Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with engineers, site teams, contractors, and consultants.
