About the job 🚀 We’re Hiring: Investor Relations Manager Are you an experienced Investor Relations or capital markets professional who can turn financial insights into compelling investment stories and build strong relationships with the investment community? We are looking for an Investor Relations Manager to join our team and play a key role in strengthening our engagement with investors, analysts and other capital market stakeholders. 💼 What You’ll Be Doing Investor & Analyst Engagement Lead analyst briefings, results briefings, non-deal roadshows and investor meetings. Build and maintain strong relationships with equity research analysts, institutional investors, fund managers, shareholders and rating agencies. Manage investor and analyst enquiries professionally and in accordance with disclosure and corporate governance requirements. Coordinate investor conferences, site visits and one-on-one meetings. Capital Market Communications Develop investor presentations, fact sheets, Q&A documents and other investor communication materials. Maintain and enhance the Investor Relations section of the corporate website and relevant communication channels. Market Intelligence & Analyst Coverage Monitor analyst reports, research publications and market commentary. Identify and coordinate clarification of inaccuracies, misconceptions or outdated information. Track shareholding trends, investor feedback and peer developments. Provide market intelligence and investor perception insights to Senior Management. Strategic & Financial Analysis Drive and coordinate the Group’s MY Value Up Programme initiatives in line with Bursa Malaysia requirements and best practices. Support the development of the Group’s equity story and investment proposition. Contribute to annual reports and other strategic projects. 🎯 What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CFA or equivalent are an added advantage. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, Fund Management, Investment Banking, Financial Analysis or related fields. Experience in a listed company environment is advantageous. Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies and capital market dynamics . Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial information into clear messages for external stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and financial modelling . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 🌟 Why This Role?
