Responsibilities: Assist with the preparation, compilation, and submission of tender documents, EOI (Expression of Interest), and pre-qualification submissions. Coordinate the entire tender submission process and manage correspondence. Prepare PowerPoint presentations for tender interviews and company promotions by senior management. Maintain detailed records and databases to track tender progress and outcomes. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and effective tender responses. Prepare documentation for new applications and renewals of company licenses and professional recognitions. Maintain department administration, including equipment maintenance, supplies, and inventory control of stationery. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the tender team and the wider office as required. Requirements: At least 2 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, with a minimum of 1 year in tendering. Familiar with Government and Hong Kong Housing Authority (HKHA) submission procedures. Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role, preferably within a professional services or tendering environment. Excellent attention to detail and a proven track record of producing high-quality work. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise with a range of stakeholders. A proactive, flexible, and collaborative approach to work. Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
