Senior Import-Export & BOI Officer

Senior Import-Export & BOI Officer Salary: THB 30,000–45,000/month (depending on experience) Working Days: Monday–Saturday Working Hours: 09:00–18:00 Location: Lasalle 49, Bang Na, Bangkok Key Responsibilities Handle import and export processes, documentation, and customs clearance. Prepare and verify shipping documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L, AWB, COO, Form E, and other related documents. Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping agents, customs brokers, suppliers, and relevant government authorities. Check HS Codes, import duties, VAT, FTA benefits, and import requirements. Handle BOI import privileges for machinery, raw materials, and related items. Manage BOI-related procedures and systems, including eMT and supporting documentation. Monitor shipments and ensure smooth and timely customs clearance. Maintain accurate import-export and BOI records for compliance and audit purposes. Coordinate with Purchasing, Accounting, Warehouse, and other internal departments. Qualifications Thai nationality. Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 3–5 years of experience in Import-Export, Customs Clearance, and/or BOI-related work. Practical knowledge of Thai customs procedures, import/export documentation, HS Codes, and BOI privileges. Experience with BOI eMT, RMTS, or related BOI systems is highly preferred. Good command of Thai and English, both spoken and written. Able to communicate effectively with overseas suppliers and logistics partners. Mandarin Chinese would be an advantage but is not required . Detail-oriented, responsible, well-organized, and able to work independently.
