We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and execute sales strategies for customer’s brand in Nationwide. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and managing key accounts to ensure sustainable business success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, strong negotiation skills, and a passion for the DKSH customer’s brand. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve national revenue and market share targets. Manage and nurture relationships with key retailers, distributors, and partners to maximize sales opportunities. Monitor sales performance and generate reports on sales metrics, forecasts, and KPIs. Oversee channel sales across Department Store, Retail Shop, and also Online platform to ensure optimal performance. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to drive data-driven decisions. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to exceed performance objectives. Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and other departments to ensure alignment on brand initiatives. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, policies, and corporate values. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree from any field of studies. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the Retail & Ecommerce channels or relevance. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Proficiency in sales forecasting, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and store visits. Good command of English with work experience in MNCs environment.
