Who We Need Your key responsibilities are: Provides radiography services in the Diagnostic Imaging and Cardio-Vascular Laboratory department. Conducts special examinations such as CT Scan, Ultrasound, Mammography, BMD, Fluoroscopy, Angiography and Theatre Radiography. Liaises with and accepts advice from the Manager. Assists the Radiologist and doctors in the imaging process. Assists in the care and maintenance of Ultrasound and X-ray machines and radiographic equipment. Participates in departmental activities such as quality assurance and performance appraisal. Attends and contributes to departmental staff meetings. Supervises and directs activities of departmental staff when necessary. Participates in on-call duties. How to Succeed Diploma from College of Radiographers (UK), Bachelor of Science in Radiography or equivalent. Registered with AHPC. Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in an acute hospital. Computer literacy. To cover on call duties as rostered. 5.5 days work week, office hours and off on Sundays and Public Holiday.
