Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis Lead the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes. Develop financial models to evaluate business performance, profitability, and investment opportunities. Perform monthly financial analysis, identifying key business drivers, risks, and opportunities. Provide insightful variance analysis between Actual, Budget, and Forecast. Business Partnering Partner with Business Units, Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, and senior management to support strategic initiatives. Translate financial data into meaningful business insights and recommendations. Support pricing strategy, profitability analysis, and cost optimization initiatives. Reporting & Management Presentation Prepare monthly management reports and executive presentations. Present financial performance, key risks, and business outlook to senior leadership. Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor financial and operational performance. Strategic Analysis Conduct financial feasibility studies, business case evaluations, and investment analysis. Support mergers, acquisitions, business expansion, and strategic projects where applicable. Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Process Improvement Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, reporting automation, and data quality. Enhance financial reporting through BI tools and digital solutions. Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and internal controls. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields Minimum 10 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Corporate Finance, or Business Finance Experience in multinational companies (MNC), FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, or Trading is highly preferred Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting Experience partnering with senior management and cross-functional teams Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
