Key Duties and Responsibilities · Achieve Sales Targets: Take responsibility for sales activities to achieve the company’s monthly and annual sales goals. · Market Expansion: Prospect for new customers and pioneer international market expansion into new countries. · Channel Development: Expand into new sales channels, such as proposing products for governmental projects. · Promotional Planning: Propose promotional programs to customers while maintaining strict control within the allocated budget. · Marketing Execution: Plan and execute marketing promotion activities, including coordinating the production and delivery of marketing materials, and preparing for overseas exhibitions and events. · Reporting: Prepare relevant performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. · Customer Visits: Regularly travel to visit overseas customers to deeply understand their needs and apply these insights to marketing plans. · Export Management: Manage overall export operations, including order confirmation, order summaries, and coordinating closely with the Export Operations and Production Planning departments. Qualifications · Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. · At least 3 - 5 years of direct experience in the export field (Experience in the construction materials business will be highly advantageous). · Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with a high sense of responsibility, patience, and diligence. · Good command of spoken, reading, and written English. · Highly proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). · Ability to drive and availability to travel and stay in overseas markets for 1 - 2 weeks per month. · Work Location: Based at the Bangkok office.
