Job Description: Responsible for the overall quality department function including Quality Control, In-Process Control, and Outgoing / Customer Quality Assurance/ production operation; Identify, review and update changing high quality standards with related departments and ensure to fulfill with legal compliance; Monitor and ensure raw materials are achieving qualified standard for production; To provide timely technical support in addressing performance issues and other quality opportunities; Ensure compliance for implementation and maintenance of Quality Systems in accordance with ISO requirements and Social Responsibility Systems; Support the Technical and Merchandising team on development issues. Job Requirements: Minimum 10 years’ garment quality control / quality assurance experience Knowledgeable about international safety standards for textiles Previous experience in dealing with offshore garment factories Able to communicate with overseas Q.A. / Buyers verbally Good command of both written and spoken English Coordinate closely with Sales & Merchandising, QA/QC, and Factory Management teams to achieve production targets Station in Vietnam
