You will provide comprehensive support across both professional and private interests, requiring a rare blend of business acumen, meticulous organization, and absolute discretion. Key Responsibilities Manage a complex calendar. You will be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring all interactions are handled with professional etiquette. End-to-end management of intricate international travel, including private aviation, visa coordination, and ground logistics across multiple jurisdictions. Provide business support, prepare briefing materials and presentations, etc. in Chinese and English. Oversee personal affairs and lifestyle requirements for the Executive/Family, maintaining absolute discretion at all times. Handle ad hoc assignments as required. Candidate Requirements A bachelor’s degree from a reputable university. Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives. A stable career history within a large MNC or a sophisticated family office is preferred. Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) Hands-on, Reliable and possess a high degree of integrity. Willing to travel internationally when necessary.
