Position : Payroll Supervisor Location : Banglamung, Chonburi Salary : 90k-95k Business : Manufacturing Responsibilities: Ensure monthly payroll, statutory payment and year-end tax reporting are processed accurately, timely and in accordance with Thailand local statutory requirements. Manage monthly Personal Income Tax (PIT) withholding calculations, filings, reconciliations, and year-end tax reporting (PND 1, PND 1 Kor and employee tax certificates). Oversee Social Security Fund (SSF) contribution calculations, submissions, and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with statutory deadlines. Ensure accurate processing of overtime, shift premiums, holiday pay, leave payments, attendance-related earnings, and statutory deductions in accordance with Thailand labour regulations. Review and validate termination payments, unused leave encashments, severance calculations, and other off-cycle payments in accordance with Thailand labour laws. Responsible for post payroll activities - provide GL and accrual. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
