岗位职责 Responsibilities 负责钣金车间生产计划、人员及现场管理。 Manage production planning, manpower, and workshop operations. 负责生产进度、质量及效率，推动持续改善。 Monitor production, quality, and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement. 负责设备、工艺及安全管理，及时处理生产异常。 Manage equipment, processes, and safety, and resolve production issues. 协调生产、品质、工程等部门，确保生产顺利进行。 Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth production. 任职资格 Requirements 大专及以上学历，机械、制造等相关专业优先。 Diploma or above; Mechanical or Manufacturing major preferred. 5年以上钣金/冲压/金属制造相关经验，具备车间管理经验。 5+ years of experience in sheet metal, stamping, or metal manufacturing, with workshop management experience. 能够接受6天工作制。 Willing to work 6 days per week. 具备中文或英语沟通能力。 Able to communicate in Chinese or English. 有家电制造经验优先，但非必须。 Home appliance manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
