The opportunity Behn Meyer Chemicals (T) Co., Ltd., a leading provider of specialty chemicals, is seeking a talented Sales Executive (Food Ingredients) to join our dynamic team in Bangkok. This exciting role will allow you to drive the growth and success of our food ingredients division, leveraging your expertise and passion for the industry. Product Focus: Beverage (Flavor) / Processed Meat & Seafood Job Description We are looking for experienced Sales – Food Ingredients to join our Food Ingredients business. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales, managing customer relationships, and expanding business opportunities within the assigned market segment. We are currently hiring for 2 product focus areas: 1. Beverage – Flavor Develop and maintain sales opportunities for Flavor products within the Beverage industry. Identify new business opportunities and develop new customers. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical/product teams to provide suitable solutions. Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and follow up on business opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with customers and achieve assigned sales targets. 2. Processed Meat & Seafood Develop and maintain sales opportunities for Food Ingredients used in Processed Meat & Seafood applications. Identify new business opportunities and develop new customers. Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical/product teams to provide suitable solutions. Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and follow up on business opportunities. Maintain strong relationships with customers and achieve assigned sales targets. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields . Direct experience in Food Ingredients sales is required. Experience in sales to food manufacturers / food processing industries will be highly preferred. For the Beverage position, experience in Flavor / Beverage Ingredients sales will be an advantage. For the Processed Meat & Seafood position, experience in Food Ingredients for processed meat and seafood applications will be an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Good business development and customer relationship management skills. Good command of English. Able to travel to meet customers and support business development activities. Possess a valid driving license. What We Offer Competitive salary and sales incentive.
