What You Bring The Foundation: A Degree in Accounting/Finance. If you’re ACCA/CPA/CIMA qualified, that’s a major plus. The Experience: 6 – 10 years of professional grit, ideally in a fast-paced BPO or service environment. The Tech Stack: Expert proficiency in AutoCount , Advanced Excel, and the M365 ecosystem.
