General Manager / Trainer – All Styles Gym Toowoomba All Styles Gym Toowoomba is looking for an experienced Gym Manager who can also step onto the mats and coach. This is a hybrid role — part club management, part hands-on boxing training — suited to someone who can drive membership sales while genuinely leading from the front in the gym. Purpose of the Role This role combines membership sales, lead conversion, member onboarding and retention with day-to-day club operations and hands-on boxing coaching. You'll take ownership of sales performance and CRM management while keeping the gym running professionally, and you'll be expected to get involved in training sessions as needed. Core Duties Drive membership sales and achieve monthly targets Follow up leads promptly through phone, message and other approved channels Conduct membership consultations and convert prospects Manage the CRM system — track leads, follow-ups and member data Complete new-member onboarding and manage memberships end-to-end Support member retention and handle membership enquiries Deliver hands-on boxing training/coaching support as required Oversee day-to-day gym operations and administration Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming facility Must Have Current Blue Card (or ability to obtain one) Previous sales experience Previous boxing experience — hands-on training delivery is required CRM management experience Membership management experience What's On Offer Base salary $60,000 + commission Genuine opportunity to lead and shape a growing gym in the Toowoomba region Be part of a passionate, supportive combat sports community If you're a sales-driven leader with real boxing experience and you love coaching as much as you love hitting targets, we want to hear from you.
