Supply Chain Supervisor

To support our expansion, we are looking for high-caliber talents with a passion for growth to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand: Supply Chain Supervisor Job Descriptions and Responsibilities: In this role, you will connect foreign suppliers, our sales team, and our customer service team, while leading and supporting your team members in daily operations. Team Leadership : Oversee the entire supply chain loop. Guide and train staff, organize daily workflows, continuously improve team processes, and take full ownership of department KPIs. Supplier Management: Manage ongoing supplier relationships. Negotiate and handle supplier contracts covering pricing, policy, payment terms, quality standards, and delivery commitments as well as supplier meetings. Inventory Control: Actively manage stock levels in our ERP system, aligning safety stock with sales forecasts and customer demand in coordination with Customer Service and Sales team. Shipment Oversight : Supervise the supply chain activities handled by your team to ensure on-time, compliant customs clearance and delivery while acting fast to resolve supply bottlenecks or operational issues. Costing: Calculate, update, continuously monitor, and proactively optimize costs related to product and supply chain to maximize efficiency and margin. New Product & Supplier Sourcing : Search for new international suppliers and innovative feed additive products to expand our market portfolio. Regulatory & Customs Coordination: Work directly with government authorities on product registrations, licenses renewal, customs clearances, etc. Stay updated on trade regulations, import/export laws, and market news. Qualifications: Education : Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, International Business, Science, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years in material planning, supply chain, overseas purchasing, logistics. English: Excellent written and spoken English (TOEIC 700+). Skills: Strong Microsoft Office especially Excel & ERP skills. Good knowledge of mathematics calculation, import/export rules, and quality standards (GMP/ISO).
