Project Co-ordinator Job Responsibilities: Monitor site progress and safety matter Coordinate with client and sub-contractors Requirements: Higher Diploma or above in Building Studies, or a related discipline; Minimum 3 years solid site experience in building / maintenance construction field; Experience in A&A, renovations and fitting out works is an advantage; Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD; Good command of written and spoke English and Chinese. Draftsman Job Responsibilities: Prepare Engineering / Architectural Technical Drawing Coordinate with the project team Requirements: Diploma in Drafting / Engineering, or a related discipline; Minimum 1 year's relevant experience; Interior Design Concept is preferred; Proficiency in AutoCAD.
