Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, validate, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders. Facilitate requirement workshops, business discussions, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder reviews. Translate business requirements into BRD, FRS, user stories, process flows, use cases, business rules, and acceptance criteria. Identify requirement gaps, dependencies, edge cases, exception scenarios, operational impacts, and compliance considerations. Act as the key liaison between business users, operations, compliance, QA, developers, technical leads, and project stakeholders. Perform impact assessments across mobile applications, administrative portals, APIs, wallet systems, integrations, reports, and operational processes. Work closely with technical teams to clarify business logic, transaction flows, validation rules, API behaviour, data mapping, and system dependencies. Manage requirement changes, assess business and technical impacts, and recommend practical solution options. Support QA and business users in test scenario reviews, UAT planning, defect clarification, and requirement validation. Drive requirement walkthroughs, stakeholder approval, and sign-off. Support business clarification for production issues when required. Serve as the functional and domain reference for assigned wallet modules. Must-Have Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline. At least 5 years of Business Analyst experience . Relevant experience in e-wallets, digital payments, fintech, banking, payment systems, or financial services. Experience in system implementation, product enhancement, or client-facing solution delivery. Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, and requirement management. Hands-on experience preparing BRD, FRS, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria. Ability to understand system flows, transaction lifecycles, API documentation, integration requirements, and functional impacts. Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and documentation skills. Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify gaps, challenge requirements, and recommend practical solutions. Able to manage ambiguity, multiple priorities, and cross-functional stakeholders independently. Preferred E-Wallet Domain Experience Candidates should have hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas: Customer onboarding, KYC, or eKYC Wallet account lifecycle and customer profile management Wallet top-up, payment, transfer, withdrawal, or refund Wallet balance, transaction history, or ledger flow QR payment or merchant payment Transaction limits, velocity controls, or wallet security Device binding, authentication, cooling-off periods, or account controls Fraud prevention, account blocking, blacklist, or transaction monitoring Transaction status, reversal, reconciliation, or exception handling Customer app, merchant app, or administrative portal API integration, callback, webhook, notification, or error handling Compliance, audit trail, or regulatory requirements Experience across all areas is not required. Tools and Technical Exposure Familiarity with the following will be an added advantage: Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or similar project and documentation tools Draw.io, Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, or similar diagramming tools Swagger, OpenAPI, Postman, or similar API tools Basic SQL, system logs, database structures, or transaction logs Good to Have Experience with DuitNow QR, wallet transfer, top-up, withdrawal, or merchant payment. Experience with wallet balance, ledger, settlement, reconciliation, refund, or reversal flows. Experience supporting KYC, AML, fraud prevention, compliance controls, or regulatory changes. Experience supporting UAT, production issue investigation, or mobile application enhancements. Experience mentoring junior Business Analysts or improving BA documentation standards.
