Job Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable mobile applications using Flutter. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Backend, and QA to define, design, and deliver new features. Drive technical decisions, propose architectural improvements, and ensure adherence to best practices. Optimize application performance, ensure responsiveness, and maintain high code quality standards. Identify and resolve complex technical issues and bottlenecks in a timely manner. Review code from junior developers and provide constructive feedback and mentorship. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, testing strategies, and automation to support continuous delivery. Stay updated with the latest Flutter developments, tools, and mobile industry trends to guide team direction. Job Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in mobile development, with at least 2 years focused on Flutter. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong proficiency in the Dart programming language and Flutter SDK. Proven track record of building and deploying complex mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms. Solid understanding of the mobile development lifecycle, app store guidelines, and performance optimization techniques. Experience integrating mobile apps with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries. Strong grasp of design principles, UI/UX standards, and responsive design. Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions, mentor junior team members, and manage development tasks independently. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
