Requirement Minimum Diploma in Network/Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years relevant field. Experience working in Data Centre would be an advantage. Preferable with certification of CCNA, Nutanix or equivalent. Network theory, concept & industrial practice. Tasks & responsibilities Assisting in the configuration, installation, and maintenance of hardware and software in data centre. Monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing support to end users. Assisting senior engineers with routine tasks. Documenting technical issues, as well as providing basic training. Responding to help desk requests. Learning and staying updated on industry best practices and emerging network technologies.
