Commercial HVAC - R Installer - Nationwide

ACSL Group – Opportunities Nationwide (Auckland Head Office) ACSL Group is looking for experienced commercial HVAC installers to join the team, with work available across New Zealand. We are hiring nationwide – Auckland, Waikato, Wellington, Christchurch, Queenstown and surrounding regions. We are looking for installers who can deliver full HVAC systems properly — including pipework, drainage, and system installs. About the Role You will be working on commercial and industrial projects installing complete HVAC systems. Your work will include: Installation of split systems including hi-walls, cassettes, and ducted units VRF system installation Refrigeration pipework (brazing, pressure testing) Condensate drainage installs AHU & FCU installation Commissioning of HVAC systems and system checks QA checks to ensure installs meet required standards Reading and interpreting drawings and specifications Coordinating with site teams to deliver installs on programme What We’re Looking For You must have proven commercial HVAC installation experience , including: VRF systems Refrigeration pipework Drainage installs AHU / FCU installs Ability to correctly install hi-walls, cassettes, and split systems to a high standard Do NOT apply if: Your experience is primarily duct installation You cannot install split systems (hi-walls/cassettes) properly Bonus (but not essential) Experience on large commercial projects Ability to work unsupervised and read plans Experience with systems such as Daikin, Mitsubishi, Temperzone What We Offer Strong pipeline of commercial work Competitive pay based on experience Ongoing training and development Health insurance Location Roles available across New Zealand.
