This position is expected to assist Lead, Corporate Partnerships in delivering campaigns and solicit event sponsorships, to mobilize the private sector resources in Hong Kong to fulfill UNICEF’s humanitarian and development missions for children in need. Roles & Responsibilities Proactively approach prospects and drive collaborative partnerships to solicit financial and non-financial contribution from the corporate partners and corporate foundations in Hong Kong. Working closely with corporate partners, corporate members and event sponsors to deliver successful local partnerships and events. Assist in planning, assessing and implementing strategies to retain and grow corporate donors. Administrative supports in operations and logistics related to corporate partnerships. Requirements Highly skilled in stakeholder engagement and communications, backed by a strong social and professional network. Strong analytical skills to drive effective results and provide market assessment. A self-motivator and self-learner, able to acquire and build knowledge on the job or through UNICEF’s internal resource or market contact and experience. Excellent English & Chinese writing skills. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English. At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales and marketing, or fundraising in non-profit organization including relevant experiences with corporate donors. Regional or global exposure is an advantage.
