Senior Information Technology and Cybersecurity Manager is responsible for the collaborative design, development, support, implementation & management of helpdesk, desktop & Restaurant support services. Responsibilities include strategic selection and implementation of desktop end user software and support solutions including day to day help desk, end user and retail store support. This position will lead and manage a end user support system and ensure the team is aligned to meet business needs for software solutions and support. This person will implement Support and shared services strategy for Restaurant. Position will manage a team of technical/engineering specialists, and will be accountable for alignment of priorities and resources with business direction, timeline and budget commitments. Roles & Key Accountabilities: · Lead the IT and Security department, managing a team of technical professionals and overseeing their work to ensure timely delivery of IT projects and support as well as maintaining the security posture of the business's IT infrastructure. · Act as a mentor and coach to IT and Security team members, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and advance their careers. · Develop and maintain the IT and Security roadmap for the business, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and strategies. · Establish and maintain strong partnerships with key external stakeholders, including a franchisor (Yum!), other franchisees, industry association, and IT and security vendors. · Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). · Continuously evaluate and optimize the business's IT infrastructure, applications, and systems to improve efficiency, reliability, and security. · Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to IT, data privacy, and cybersecurity. · Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the QSR industry and IT landscape and identify opportunities to leverage them to enhance the business's IT and security capabilities. · Lead the development and implementation of the business's IT and security policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. · Manage and oversee the business's network infrastructure, including servers, switches, routers, and firewalls. · Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the business's point-of-sale (POS) systems and other key applications, ensuring high availability and performance. · Lead disaster recovery and business continuity planning efforts for the business's IT systems. · Develop and manage the IT and security budget, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and cost control. · Monitor and analyze IT and security performance metrics and KPIs, and report to senior management on IT and security performance and progress against strategic goals. · Conduct regular IT and security risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement necessary controls to reduce risks. · Develop and implement IT and security training programs for employees to promote IT and security awareness and best practices. Qualification & Skills: · Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field. · At least 10 years of experience in IT management and security management, with a proven track record of success in managing complex IT projects, security controls and teams. · Experience with cloud computing and SaaS applications is required. · Experience in the QSR industry, multi-site retail operations or a related field is preferred. · Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team of technical professionals. · A strong and demonstrated customer service mindset. · Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. · Proven experience in developing and implementing IT and Security strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals. · Strong technical skills and experience with a range of IT systems and technologies, including network infrastructure, POS systems, cybersecurity and data privacy. · Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. · Experience with vendor management, contract negotiation, and SLA management. · Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex IT and security issues. · Knowledge of IT governance, risk management, and compliance. · Basic understanding of Microsoft Visual Basic, SQL database, Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence software, ERP systems.
