Required Qualifications Proven experience as a pragmatic software engineering leadership role in B2B SaaS or enterprise software products. Extensive experience with modern cloud architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure or AliCloud). Strong background in building secure, scalable, multi-tenant enterprise applications. Proven ability to build and scale engineering teams. Exceptional communication skills to effectively communication technical and business matters to team and other stakeholders. Embrace AI for product development and deployment. Experience in ESG smart building solutions, IoT infrastructure, AI technology integration and 3D BIM model integration a plus. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese. Key Competencies Team Leadership: Motivate the team to efficiently deliver high quality software, while maximizing team member potential. Strategic Planning: Exercise practical wisdom to optimize operations to fufill company's business needs.
