The Senior Cost Accountant is responsible for managing and overseeing cost accounting, reporting, and budgetary control functions within the manufacturing environment. This role ensures the accuracy costing to supports strategic decision-making, and maintains compliance with applicable accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory requirements. The incumbent serves as a key business partner to plant operations, providing detailed cost analysis to drive operational efficiency and profitability. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Maintain standard cost in SAP Prepare month-end and analysis of closing reporting Daily monitoring of cost accounting activities Prepare profitabilities by customer by line Prepare annual budgets and Rolling Forecast Provide competitive product costs for pricing Liaise with the external auditor and other related regulators Handle quarterly and annual physical stock count Involve in Internal controls, Compliance, BS review and SOX review Other related tasks as assigned . QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in cost accounting. • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is strongly preferred. • Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, standard costing, and variance analysis. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent). • Experience with financial reporting consolidation and management reporting. • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills in both Thai and English (written and verbal). • Collaborative and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
