Employee Relations Officer (working at Chachoengsao)

Overview: As a Employee Relations Officer, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining positive employee relations and fostering a productive work environment at the Wellgrow Industrial Site. You will be an integral part of the creative project team, contributing your expertise to support various initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction. Job Scope: Manage employee relations matters at the Wellgrow Industrial site, ensuring a positive work environment. Actively participate in the creativity project team to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Support communication efforts by assisting in the development of employee communications, policies, and procedures. Maintain accurate documentation of employee relations activities and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Handle and follow up on daily employee relations activities in accordance with company policies and regulations. Receive employee complaints, conduct fact-finding investigations, prepare disciplinary cases information, and submit summary reports to the ER Manager. Coordinate and follow up on the Welfare Committee, Food Committee, and workplace clinic operations Coordinate with relevant government authorities and prepare required information and documents. Collect and analyze data on employee complaints, employee issues, and disciplinary cases, and prepare reports for the ER Manager. 10% Work collaboratively with the ER team and support employee engagement, communication, and company activities as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Minimum 5 years of working experience in Employee Relations or Labor Relations Understanding of relevant employment laws and regulations. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Capacity to analyze and resolve employee relations issues. Ability to mediate and resolve conflicts effectively.
