Qualifications & Requirements: 1 Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 Experience: 2–3+ years of experience in the Real Estate industry, specifically in marketing, customer relations, or sales/after-sales operations. 3 Languages: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with clear, professional communication skills. 4 Data Literacy: Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret data and numbers to drive decisions (proficiency in Excel/CRM platforms required). 5 Service Mindset: Outstanding service attitude, high emotional intelligence, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving. 6 Attributes: Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, with a strong business acumen and marketing sense. 7 CRM Systems: If your company uses specific tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), you can list them under the Qualifications section.
