Site Supervisor – Shed Construction Capella, QLD About the Role We're a busy shed construction business based in Capella, servicing projects across Central Queensland and wider QLD. We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead our builds on-site and keep projects running safely and on schedule from start to finish, working solo or leading a small crew as needed. About You • Trade qualification in the building/construction industry (desirable) • Minimum 3 years' experience in a site supervision or leading-hand role • Shed construction experience highly regarded but not essential • Confident reading and working from engineering plans and drawings independently • Comfortable operating a scissor lift • Current white card, driver's licence, and EPW (or willingness to obtain) • Able to work at heights, lift heavy loads, and work outdoors in all conditions • Strong site management and leadership skills, with sound judgement to work independently • Reliable, organised, and safety-focused • Willing and able to travel and work away from home for project blocks as required • Must pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test Hours & Availability • Full-time hours on a casual contract • Standard hours 6:00am–5:00pm • Some early starts, overtime, and weekend work may be required • Some flexibility around start/finish times for the right candidate The Role Offers • Competitive rate, based on experience • Work vehicle, tools, and uniform provided • Accommodation and travel expenses covered for away-from-home project blocks • Training and upskilling opportunities, with genuine career progression • Predominantly Central QLD-based work, with projects across wider Queensland How to Apply If you're a qualified tradesperson with solid site supervision experience and you're ready for a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
