You will: Recruit, coach and inspire Membership Consultants to achieve outstanding sales results. Drive new membership growth through local marketing, community engagement and lead generation strategies. Deliver results through KPIs, accountability and high-performance leadership. Build relationships through B2B partnerships, community outreach and local events. Lead by example by prospecting, converting leads and contributing to daily sales targets. Support marketing initiatives including social media, SMS campaigns and email marketing. Utilise systems including Clubware, Debit Success and Gym Sales to track performance and ensure compliance. Support the Club General Manager with operational procedures, team development and club success. Who You Are A proven sales leader with experience achieving and exceeding KPIs.
