This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to build genuine specialist expertise while working on high-quality matters for an impressive client base and learning from experienced practitioners. The role You'll work across a diverse range of planning, environment and regulatory matters for clients including State and Local Governments, developers, property owners, funds, renewables companies, builders, financiers and corporate groups. Your work will include: Planning and Environment Court appeals and enforcement proceedings Development approvals and planning advice Infrastructure agreements, charges and strategic planning Environmental compliance and regulatory matters Water and land use rights Governance and rating advice for local government Building and approval requirements Due diligence and strategic planning advice You'll work as part of a specialist team handling technically complex matters while developing strong client relationships and taking increasing responsibility for your own work.
