The successful candidate would ideally have a strong knowledge of and expertise in Refrigeration and Air conditioning industry, this is not essential Join the team! Tasks and responsibilities Lead and support branch staff to achieve business objectives. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Drive sales growth and expand the customer base. Achieve branch budget, sales, and profitability targets. Monitor branch performance, stock levels, and business trends. Manage branch financial administration. Prepare and submit reports and forecasts as required. Ensure efficient branch operations and compliance with company policies. Qualifications and experience A high standard of oral and written communication skills. Precision, accuracy and attention to detail, adopting a high degree of initiative and a proactive ‘can-do’ approach to unexpected situations and changing demands and schedules, and perform effectively under pressure while demonstrating confidence to all staff members. A strong knowledge of and expertise in Refrigeration and Air conditioning industry, and a high level of business acumen as applicable to the position’s area of responsibility.
