Technical & Customer Support (Internship)

Job Description We are seeking a motivated marketing support personnel with technical knowledge (For ICT, Electronic & Computer) to join our team. A marketing & customer support leverages marketing planner with technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills to sell complex products or services—often in IT, Electronic, Surveillance, or Smart Home Technology sectors. They act as a bridge between the technical world and the client, providing solutions that align with customer needs and driving revenue growth through consultation and support. Key Responsibilities: Understand and interpret customer technical requirements and challenges. Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, delivering advice tailored to client needs. Deliver sales presentations, product demos, and training. Support configuration for basic applications. Document customer issues, resolutions, and escalate complex problems to senior technical staff. Help maintain internal knowledge bases and FAQs. Participate in testing new products and preparing setup documentation or guides. Identify and pursue new business opportunities; manage pipelines through RFQs, tenders, and quotations. Work alongside teams from design, production, quality, marketing, R&D, and senior management. Requirements: Currently completed a minimum diploma in IT/ Electronics/ Electrical or Marketing related field. Basic understanding of computer added advantage. Good communication skills (verbal and written). Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
