ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY This is an incredible opportunity for you to join a team whose primary mission is to help keep people safe, and its purpose is to improve people's lives through education. In this varied role, you will be responsible for delivering the Cert IV TAE40122 training program, primarily face-to-face in an interactive classroom environment. You will be required to monitor and support students over the enrolment period and during the course using a Moodle e-learning platform, you will be required to service our Canning Vale Facility , Part time and Casual Roles are available. ABOUT YOU You are a talented, positive and passionate trainer who enjoys training and engaging with a broad group of people. Some of your other talents include: Experience delivering vocational education or workplace related courses in adult education settings. Interactive communication skills, a personable approach and the ability to engage with people. Exceptional and adaptable facilitation skills to create an inclusive learning environment. Required Mandatory Qualifications: -TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. - TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training or TAE50216 Diploma of Training Design & Development. OR A higher-level education qualification, such as: -TAE80113 Graduate Diploma of Adult Language, Literacy and Numeracy Practice (and its equivalent TAE70111) or equivalent, or -Bachelor of Education, Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma of Education, or higher. This may include qualifications relating to TESOL, adult education or vocational education.
