Key Responsibilities: Fabrication & Precision: Fabricate stainless steel components accurately and efficiently using a range of workshop machine tools. Site Excellence: Carry-out on-site installations, conducting accurate site measures and ensuring tasks are completed safely and to a high standard. Teamwork: Work with engineering and trades team on the floor to mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of quality. Problem Solving: Use your technical expertise to troubleshoot issues both in the workshop and during site installs. Efficiency: Work collaboratively to meet deadlines without compromising on safety or finish. Requirements: Trade Qualified: Valid trade-level qualifications in light fabrication and hygienic welding processes. Proven Site Experience: Highly capable with the ability to adapt to changing site conditions. Technical Fluency: Expert at interpreting technical drawings and developing a manufacturing process. Materials Expertise: Proficiency working with a range of gauges and metals (Stainless, Aluminium, Mild Steel). Soft skills: clear communication, effective collaboration with customers, teammates, and leadership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
