We’re looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our Nelson-based team. You’ll deliver specialist asset-maintenance services at height, completing varied hands-on work using the correct products, equipment and techniques while meeting strict safety and quality standards. Ideally, you’ll bring experience in some or all of the following: Commercial roof maintenance and repairs Leak investigation Gutter installation and repairs Waterproofing Concrete injection and repairs Joint-sealant application Window rubber and seal maintenance Exterior painting Essential requirements A current IRATA or IRAANZ qualification A valid Working at Heights certificate Confidence working at height and within a team A valid New Zealand driver licence or international driving permit Current legal working rights in New Zealand A recognised trade qualification or background in a relevant trade would be an advantage.
