Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Bangkok, responsible for driving awareness and demand for The Standard, Pattaya Na Jomtien across digital channels. This role oversees the planning and execution of online marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and paid digital initiatives, to support brand positioning and revenue goals. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing content calendars, coordinating with creative and operations teams, optimizing campaigns based on performance data, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms. The Digital Marketing Manager will monitor web analytics, manage lead generation efforts, and collaborate with sales and reservations teams to convert online interest into bookings. The role also involves staying updated on industry trends and competitor activity to refine digital strategy and enhance the resort’s online presence. Qualifications Qualifications Strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with experience planning and executing integrated online campaigns for hospitality or lifestyle brands.
