The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud. About the Team: This role will work on a variety of high-impact projects — from identifying opportunities for operational improvement and optimizing existing processes to developing, piloting, and scaling new initiatives that support SPX Express's growth. Job Description: Lead and support end-to-end strategic projects and new initiatives across SPX Express. Identify new opportunities and develop initiatives to improve business performance, operational efficiency, customer experience, and scalability. Drive projects from idea and problem identification through analysis, pilot, implementation, and scale-up. Develop business cases, project proposals, feasibility assessments, implementation plans, and success metrics for new initiatives. Analyze business and operational data to identify opportunities, root causes, and potential solutions. Drive operations improvement and process optimization across First Mile, Sorting Center, Linehaul, Last Mile, and other areas of the logistics network. Lead initiatives focused on productivity improvement, cost optimization, service quality, and operational efficiency. Design and test new operating models, processes, tools, or solutions before scaling them across the network. Work closely with Operations, Strategy, Product, Data, Finance, Commercial, and other cross-functional teams to deliver projects. Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment. Monitor project performance and evaluate the impact of implemented initiatives. Prepare project updates, analyses, and recommendations for management and key stakeholders. Support PMO activities for strategic and cross-functional initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field. 3–6 years of experience in Project Management, Strategy, New Initiatives, Business Transformation, Process Improvement, Management Consulting, or related areas. Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to take an ambiguous business problem or new idea and turn it into a structured project and actionable plan. Strong project management skills with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders.
