Job Description Develop workforce planning strategies and manage headcount allocation across multiple sales channels to support business requirements while reducing PC vacancies and controlling monthly and quarterly manpower budgets. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, hiring, and onboarding. Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements within target timelines. Manage outsourcing agencies and recruitment vendors while monitoring service quality, SLA compliance, and recruitment performance. Analyze recruitment KPIs, turnover rates, workforce productivity, and hiring effectiveness to drive continuous improvement. Develop and maintain HR dashboards, HR analytics, and management reports to support strategic decision-making. Calculate monthly sales commissions and verify payroll accuracy before payroll processing. Monitor employee attendance through internal HR systems and ensure attendance data accuracy. Analyze labor costs and optimize workforce ROI across different business channels. Design and administer performance management processes, including KPI implementation and probation evaluations (30/60/90 days). Drive HR process improvements to reduce employee turnover, improve productivity, and enhance PC performance. Support employee relations and provide HR operational support across multiple sales channels. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal HR regulations. Lead HR improvement initiatives and standardize HR processes to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, HR Generalist, or related HR functions. Experience in workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management . Experience managing high-volume or nationwide workforce ; retail, Modern Trade, Dealer, PC/BA, or sales workforce experience is an advantage. Knowledge of payroll verification, commission/incentive calculation, Time Attendance, and labor cost management . Good understanding of Thai Labor Law, employee relations, and HR policies . Experience in KPI, performance management, probation evaluation, turnover, and recruitment analysis . Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel ; experience with Power BI, HR Dashboard, HRIS, or data visualization tools is an advantage. Able to analyze HR data and translate findings into practical recommendations for management. Strong coordination, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills . Able to work with Sales, Retail, Finance, outsourcing agencies, and other cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented, proactive, able to manage multiple priorities, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment . Experience managing outsourcing agencies/vendors and SLA performance will be an advantage. Good command of English; Chinese language skills will receive special consideration.
