Marketing Communications Specialist "This is an internal position for ManpowerGroup Thailand. You will be responsible for our corporate brand and marketing strategies." Responsibilities: Plan and execute marketing communications and PR activities, including corporate identity implementation, advertising, promotional materials, exhibitions, press events, media relations, publications, and internal communications. Develop and execute PR and media relations initiatives to strengthen ManpowerGroup Thailand’s brand visibility and reputation. Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, media contacts, and relevant industry publications, leveraging an existing media network to secure meaningful coverage and PR opportunities. Coordinate press releases, media pitches, interview opportunities, press events, and media enquiries, ensuring timely and consistent external communications. Identify relevant news angles, industry trends, and thought-leadership opportunities to generate earned media coverage. Execute brand awareness, consideration, and engagement through clear brand storytelling and always-on content across online and offline channels. Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives to engage target audiences. Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing communications and PR activities, including media coverage and campaign effectiveness. Assist in organizing events, trade shows, press events, and other marketing activities. Conduct market, media, and competitor analysis to identify communication and engagement opportunities. Develop marketing and communications materials, including presentations, newsletters, leaflets, press materials, and reports. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. Proven experience in marketing communications, public relations, media relations, or corporate communications. Existing relationships and a strong network with media, journalists, editors, and/or relevant publications in Thailand are required. Demonstrated experience in media pitching, press release development, securing media coverage, and coordinating interviews or press activities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English. Strong storytelling, copywriting, and content creation abilities, with the ability to translate business topics into compelling media stories. Good understanding of PR principles, media landscape, and reputation management. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Creative, proactive, and able to identify PR and communication opportunities independently. Certification in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus.
