Warehouse Inventory Manager

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Inventory Manager to lead inventory operations across multiple warehouse sites and customer accounts. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, driving process improvements, managing inventory-related risks, and leading a team of inventory professionals to deliver excellent operational performance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead and supervise inventory controllers across multiple warehouses Coach and develop junior inventory controllers to improve competency and performance Standardize inventory processes, SOPs, and governance across sites Manage and oversee cycle count, stock take, and reconciliation processes Analyse inventory KPIs and drive corrective action plans Monitor discrepancies and lead investigation and resolution Ensure audit readiness and compliance with company standards Support operations in inventory-related issues and customer requirements Deliver other duties and tasks as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or any related fields. Good command of both English and Thai (reporting directly to a foreign General Manager) Minimum 5 years of experience in Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management. Strong experience in stock take, cycle count, reconciliation, and inventory accuracy management. Experience in 3PL, logistics, retail, FMCG, cosmetics, or luxury goods industries is an advantage.
