Responsibilities: Support digital transformation initiatives across operations, reporting, data analysis, and process automation. Design and implement system integrations using APIs, databases, file transfers, and other interface methods. Manage the full system development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and user support. Maintain and support backend services, databases, APIs, and frontend applications. Work closely with vendors and internal stakeholders to evaluate solutions, define requirements, and ensure high-quality delivery. Prepare technical documentation, user guides, workflow diagrams, and presentation materials. Explore the adoption of emerging technologies, including AI, automation, and modern software engineering practices. Requirements: Higher Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. 6 to 8 years of hands-on software development experience . Strong programming experience in one or more of the following: -Python -PHP -Node.js Strong database knowledge with hands-on experience in ANSI SQL, including MySQL and PostgreSQL. Experience in frontend development using Vue.js, React, or other modern JavaScript frameworks. Hands-on experience in backend development, API design, and system integration. Understanding of agentic workflows and experience with automation or AI workflow platforms. Experience with automation or deployment tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, or similar CI/CD technologies. Experience working in containerized environments such as Docker or Kubernetes is an advantag Comfortable working in an Agile environment with rapid iteration, frequent feedback, and evolving priorities. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Good command of English and Cantonese.
