About the role We are seeking a Sales Assistant (Junior Sales) to join the sales team at Mach1 Equipment Services Co., Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Bangkok . As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and helping to drive business growth. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth coordination of sales activities, customer communications, and administrative tasks that keep our sales pipeline flowing efficiently. This role is essential to maintaining strong customer relationships and achieving our sales targets. Key responsibilities Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities Assist with preparing sales proposals, quotations, and product information for clients Maintain and update customer databases and sales records accurately Coordinate communication between customers and the sales team to ensure timely follow-up Process customer enquiries and provide initial product information Support the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials Assist in organising trade shows, exhibitions, or other sales events as required Monitor and report on sales activities and performance Handle administrative tasks related to order processing and documentation What we're looking for Experience in sales administration, customer service, or a trading environment is required. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Fluent in written and spoken English and Thai Age not over 35 years old. Working Mon. to Fri (8.30 – 17.30 pm.) and Sat. (8.30 – 13.00 pm.)
