Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Fun engagement activities for employees Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Architecture, Facilities Management, or a related discipline Experience Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics, workplace planning, capacity planning, operations planning, facilities planning, business intelligence, or a related analytical role Experience developing executive reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders preferred Technical Skills Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Power BI or equivalent visualization platform experience Data analysis and reporting skills Capacity forecasting and trend analysis skills Dashboard development skills Data modelling skills SQ L skills preferred Power Query skills preferred Responsibilities Workplace Capacity Strategy Develop short-, medium-, and long-term workplace capacity plans aligned with business growth Forecast future seat demand using hiring plans, workforce trends, client growth, and occupancy patterns Recommend workplace expansion, consolidation, and optimization strategies based on business requirements Conduct scenario planning to evaluate future workplace capacity requirements and business impacts Support strategic workplace planning initiatives across all office locations Workplace Analytics & Business Insights Analyze workplace utilization, occupancy, and capacity trends to identify opportunities and risks Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and analytical reports for leadership Monitor workplace KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve operational performance Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and capacity modelling to support strategic decision-making Translate complex workplace data into meaningful business recommendations Workplace Operations & Governance Maintain accurate workplace capacity, seat inventory, and occupancy records Govern workplace planning standards, seat allocation principles, and data quality Support office moves, workplace reconfigurations, onboarding, and organizational changes Ensure workplace planning data remains accurate, timely, and aligned across business systems Monitor workplace utilization against established planning thresholds Business Partnership & Strategic Planning Partner with Workplace Innovation, Facilities, HR, IT, Recruitment, Finance, and Operations to align workplace capacity with business objectives Provide analytical support for new client implementations, business expansions, and organizational changes Present workplace insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership Support workplace investment planning through data-driven business cases and recommendations Process Improvement & Innovation Identify opportunities to improve workplace planning processes through automation and standardization Develop and maintain workplace planning methodologies and governance frameworks Improve reporting capabilities through business intelligence and visualization tools Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workplace efficiency and decision-making Maintain knowledge of workplace planning, occupancy analytics, and industry best practices Join Emapta, recognized as one of HR Asia's Best Companies to Work For in Asia 2025 and winner of Inspiring Workplaces Australasia 2026.
