Job Summary : The Business Analyst will collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows. Translate requirements into functional specifications for technical teams and work closely with project managers, developers, and testers to ensure successful project delivery. The Business Analyst will also be involved in identifying areas for process improvement and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Job Description : -Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for the technical team. -Process Improvement: Understand, analyze, prioritize, and confirm end-to-end business requirements and processes. Provide options and recommend comprehensive business solutions or workarounds. -Requirement Specification: Translate business requirements into detailed functional specification document (FSD), including data flows, data mapping, functional specifications, business logic, reports, etc. -Quality Assurance: Coordinate with technical and business teams for functionality testing (UIS/SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production verification testing (PVT) to ensure the quality of solution delivery. -Solution Recommendation: Provide options and recommend comprehensive business solutions or workarounds. -Application Maintenance: Manage application maintenance outsourcing and software contract agreements; implement and monitor. Requirement : -Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. -At least 3 years of experience in Business Analyst or related roles. -Strong experience in requirement gathering, business process analysis, and functional specification documentation. -Hands-on experience in UAT/SIT coordination and stakeholder management. -Knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and system implementation projects. -Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. -Good command of English communication. -Experience in application maintenance and vendor management is an advantage.
