E-Commerce Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities Gather and summarize business requirements from the E-commerce team and turn them into clear requirements for the Tech team. Prepare requirements, user flows, business rules, and tickets for website and feature development. Coordinate with Tech and related teams such as Operations, Marketing, and Finance to make sure the development meets business requirements. Support website projects and features from requirement gathering, development, and testing through to launch. Conduct UAT and check new features before they go live. Review website data and customer journeys to identify issues and areas for improvement. Investigate website issues, gather key details, and coordinate with the Tech team to resolve them. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field Experience with e-commerce platforms like Magento or WordPress and understanding how they function Understanding of how promotions, pricing, and discounts work in online stores Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL and content management systems - enough to communicate effectively with developers Proficiency with data analysis tools and Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts simply Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
