Responsibilities Lead full project lifecycle: planning, execution, supervision, coordination, and delivery. Develop and maintain schedules, monitor milestones, and resolve delays. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities. Review technical documents, drawings, and construction methods. Oversee civil, structural, architectural, and M&E works integration. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, budget, and legal standards. Manage variations, claims, payments, and final settlement. Identify and mitigate risks across schedule, cost, quality, and safety. Conduct site inspections, defect management, and handover processes. Prepare reports (weekly, monthly, risk, progress) for management. Requirements Degree holder in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field; At least 7–10 years of relevant project management experience; and Must have prior experience working as a Project Manager with a main contractor, preferably for large-scale building, factory, warehouse, or industrial construction projects. Experience in factories, warehouses, logistics centers, or large industrial projects preferred. Strong knowledge of foundations, piling, civil, structural, and M&E coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Office. Skilled in cost control, quality management, risk analysis, and stakeholder coordination. Familiar with Malaysian construction regulations, safety, fire protection, and authority approvals. Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Registration with BEM and/or PMP, CIDB, or other professional certifications preferred.
