With over 500 events organized, more than 1 million total attendees, and 100,000+ participants annually, we deliver high-energy music and lifestyle experiences that blend culture, entertainment, and innovation WE’RE HIRING: ACCOUNTING OFFICER We are looking for an Accounting Officer to join our accounting team and support our day-to-day accounting operations in the Event & Entertainment business. What You’ll Do Prepare and manage accounting documents and supporting documents. Issue Quotations, Invoices, Receipts , and other related documents through the company’s accounting system. Record and maintain accounting information in the company’s system. Check the completeness and accuracy of accounting documents before submission to the relevant parties. Organize and maintain accounting documents in both physical and digital formats. Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify accounting-related information and documents. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field . Previous experience in Accounting, Accounting Operations, or Accounting Administration is preferred. Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills. Able to manage and maintain a large volume of documents accurately. Good command of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets . Experience using PEAK, Express , or other accounting software will be an advantage. Good communication and teamwork skills. Experience in the Event, Entertainment, or related industries is a plus.
